Real estate in the Omaha metro area can be very competitive.  It doesn’t matter if you are looking for a home in Papillion, Gretna, Bennington or Elkhorn you need an advantage. The good news is there is no secrets when it comes to real estate. That being said you need to be as educated as possible to put yourself in the best position. We are here to give you the info you need to compete. Today we are discussing “no show” listings.

What is a “no show” listing?

A listing in “no show” listing is a home that has been put into the MLS (multiple listing service) and will be available for showings in the future.  These homes are not marketed publically on websites like Zillow.com, Realtor.com or most public websites because they don’t get pulled to those websites through the listing feed those sites use. They also do not have “for sale” signs in the yard. For the most part only Realtors with access to the MLS know about them.

How can I see these homes?

We put together a list of homes each week that are on the “no show” list and send them out to buyers and prospective buyers. To join the list simply fill out this form with your information and what you are looking for and we will send you the current list and then start sending you the updated list each week.
